This Brush with Fame (or infamy) is with colourful Sydney underworld figure, Perce Galea, in one of his illegal casinos, The Forbes Club in Darlinghurst, Sydney. Perc always looked resplendent in a tailored suit, shiny shoes, suntan and coiffed hair. As flash as a rat with a gold tooth some might say. He sat in a tennis umpire’s chair to oversee the gaming tables.
