Every Monday to Friday new videos will appear here so it will become a bit of an archive. They start appearing on Monday, July 31.
There will be other videos occasionally like some quirky ones specifically on MS and this year’s entry in the Focus On Ability short film festival that Shayne Cantly and I made called Seize the Fish.
For now, above is the short film called What’s in a Name? that Shayne and I shot for the 2021 festival.
That film was Highly Commended and I was awarded Best Actor. The prize was many hours of mentoring and tutoring with AAFTA (American Arts Film and Television Academy) and Studio West, both based in Hollywood. It was a full-on six months where I learnt a lot and enjoyed the experience but realised that there probably aren’t many acting roles for an aging hopeful in a wheelchair, unless, of course, I can find a writer and producer who can work in with me… Hang on! I know just the blokes!!!
